The oud arrived by courier, in a very strong and thick styrofoam case and also in a cardboard box. A spare set of strings, soft bag and plectrum are also included in the shipping box. It is a very beautiful oud, solid and elegantly made. The soundboard is very balanced. Especially the bass strings sound very clean and the tone is very nice. The half body makes it more comfortable to hold, but the sound is as lush and beautiful as a full body oud. I play the oud acoustically, but it also has an equalizer (and battery) and jack input. It is very easy to tune thanks to the cümbüş-type tuning pegs, and the pegs never go out of tune. The company is very attentive to customer emails and requests.
