The oud arrived in a styrofoam shipping case which was a good way to ship it. However the oud was advertised as having ebony pegs and it came with rosewood pegs, some of which were damaged in the fitting process. Overall workmanship was acceptible.

i still can't believe i received it in italy without problems and in a few days.. the instrument is beautiful and has very good sound. Thank you Sala Muzik!

Very good sound, easy to tune because of a good finition, and Also very nice for glisando and any effects.
The shipping is perfect and good relationship with client. I recommand it.
