Arabic Handmade Walnut Oud AAO-108M

My husband has been wanting to learn how to play the Oud. He has been working on projects in his studio and I really wanted to find something that would be great for him and add to his collection. I found the Sala website and was thrilled to see they had a large selection of Ebony on these instruments which is his favorite! I ordered the AAO-108M since he has been wanting a Matt finish on an instrument, I really wanted to get the handmade Oud as well so this fits the bill. The instrument was packaged really well and came intact. I was concerned because we live up by Joshua Tree and it is really getting hot this time of year. I did pay for the DHL shipping because I couldn’t wait for it to get here. The original estimate was for delivery was yesterday but it had to be transferred for local delivery which added a day. We will be purchasing again from Sala Muzik, very happy with the service and the instrument! If you do buy an Oud make sure to grab a stand too, we love it!
