This Oud Exactly the Same as on the Pictures

The Arabic oud is the most preferred oud instrument among the types of ouds used in the world. It owes its popularity to its romantic, rich sound and deep timbre.
As well as Turkey, Tunisia, Morocco and in all Arab countries, including Algeria, big-bodied used the same name in Iran and in Armenia, short necked lute stringed instruments denominated. (Also known as barbat in Iran.)
It is believed that the first instruments that can be considered as the ancestors of oud, which is one of the oldest stringed instruments made by human beings, were made in Ancient Egypt (1320-1085 BC). Because, in one of the clay reliefs from this period, an instrument similar to oud was depicted. Probably, like the ancient oud, this new oud was carved out of a single piece of wood, and its body was smaller than today's oud; his chest was made of skin. The Iranians called this instrument a barbat.
The word oud is first time VII. It is mentioned in Arabic texts belonging to century. But in the later Iranian and Arabic texts, the terms barbat, oud and tunbur (tanbur) were mixed.
Some sources are said to have invented the lute Farabi, but long before Farabi, there are lute and similar instruments in miniatures and reliefs. The main reason why Farabi is perceived as an inventor is that he is a musician who dominates the oud and the tuning system he brought to oud. Farabi, who gave the most comprehensive information about oud in his period, added the 5th wire to oud, which was a 4-string instrument until that time.

Arabic ouds, which would be convenient for beginners, who have just begun to explore this authentic instrument.
The sizes of the Arabic ouds in our catalog are nearly the same; they come with a distance of 60 cm from the bridge to the nut, a bowl of 51 cm, and their width is 38 cm.
